Kuini Thompson

Kuini Thompson began singing when she was a small girl, winning her first talent quest at the age of five. It was obvious very early on that she wanted to perform on stage but as she grew older she shied away from doing what she loved.

However, as a teacher she enabled students to gain an understanding and passion for music, and co-wrote and produced four school productions.

She joined the Morrinsville Country Music Club together with her young daughter one year ago as they both share a love of music and singing, and have delighted local audiences with their vibrant performances.

Kuini is an eclectic music lover, who can play the guitar and enjoys entertaining others when she performs.
