K-M Adams has been an award winning
radio announcer for many years, after arriving
in the Waikato in ’97 and falling in love
with the place. She has worked on Classic Hits,
More FM and the Breeze, endearing herself to thousands
of listeners throughout the Waikato.
Active in musical theatre for many years before
radio’s early starts called a halt to
the late night shows, she performed in many
productions, counting Audrey in “The Little
Shop of Horrors” and Doris the blues singing
pig in “Footrot Flats” as her finest
moments!
These days, she’s lucky to find time
to sing in the shower.
